Shipping
Once your order has been processed you will receive automatic shipping updates from the courier.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.
• Please allow for 1-2 days extra for dispatch during busy periods, such as sale time, due to increased order volume.
• Orders of multiple items may be dispatched over two or more parcels, depending on the location of stock. In this case, you will receive two seperate Dispatch emails.
• We aim to provide you with the most accurate delivery time frames, however, once your parcel is with the courier, delivery delays are beyond our control.
NEW ZEALAND
Delivery is free for purchases over $150 within New Zealand.
Flat rate $8.50 if purchase is below $150 within New Zealand.
All New Zealand orders are delivered by NZ Post. The standard delivery time frame for New Zealand Orders is: 1-3 working days from dispatch. We aim for all NZ orders to be dispatched within 1 working day.
AUSTRALIA
A flat rate $35 applies to all other Australian orders.
All Australian orders are delivered by DHL and their third-party local couriers. The standard delivery time frame for Australian Orders is: 2-5 working days from dispatch. We aim for all AUS orders to be dispatched within 2 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD
A flat rate $50 applies to all other International orders.
All International orders are delivered by DHL and their third-party local couriers. The standard delivery time frame for International Orders is: 3-7 working days from dispatch. We aim for all INTL orders to be dispatched within 2 working days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUSTRALIA AND REST OF WORLD DELIVERY:
Any local import duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient of the order. We strongly advise that you are familiar with your order destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. Sills + Co in not responsible for any delay in the processing of your order should local taxes or duties be applied.
BULKY/FRAGILE ITEMS
Bulky and/or fragile items can be quite tricky to safely deliver to you which means we have to exclude them from delivery outside of New Zealand. If this is the case it will be identified in the product description and is excluded from normal shipping costs – however we can provide a freight quote on your request.
