We are seeking a Salesperson to join the Sills Team in our Wanaka store. This is a Wednesday - Saturday role offering you a permanent role with full time hours over the 4 days. As a salesperson, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through engaging product knowledge and genuine customer interactions. This role is fundamental to creating memorable shopping experiences and building long-term customer relationships that contribute directly to our business success.
The Role
- Greeting customers warmly and providing expert product knowledge
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point of sales system.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing Store.
- Assisting with stock management, including receiving, displaying and rotating merchandise.
- Promoting current sales, special offers and new products to customers.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and supporting our Manager and colleagues.
Do you have what it takes to join our Team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Reliability and punctuality is a must
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
